Just want to say how very grateful we are that we got to know Ed when he came to stay last year with Susan. Although it was only a short time, he just was such easy company to be with, and such a loving and caring companion to Susan. Keeping in touch with his newly acquired large family over here was easy for him, sending us the funny and touching emails which he seemed to garner so easily from the internet. We are glad to have known him, and that he was happy to suddenly become so many things he probably hadn't realised he would need to be - son in law, brother-in-law, uncle and great uncle.
