One Man's adventure with Ed; When I petitioned to join the Son's of the American Revolution, waiting for my approval, Ed invited me to join an "event" in Newport Beach. I told him I had nothing to wear and he said he had all I needed and I would be a "forager". I was the "dressed" "water boy" with him whispering instructions ever so quietly in my ear. I was hooked and very quickly became "uniformed". When in doubt, with an honest question, Ed was ready to listen and it better NOT be BS, he knew how to "read" BS in someone. Through many preparation for events I would bounce "feedback" from others and he would just say BS. If someone asks me "Did you know Ed well?" all I can say is yes/no. I did know Ed,sort of,and I am glad I was able to spend time, that I did, with HIM.
